After many months of planning and coordination with multiple Town departments, I am very excited to announce that the Town Plan & Zoning Commission approved last night the application from Elicit Brewing Company to come to Fairfield! In addition to brewing beer, Elicit has a full kitchen, beer hall, biergarten, cocktail bar and entertainment. The facility will be located at 111 Black Rock Turnpike, walking distance to the Metro Center and will be a welcome addition to our community.
